Lindometal, LLC is a manufacturer and supplier providing mining equipment and mining accessories utilized in all mining sectors and geographies. We pride ourselves in the production of high-quality mining products that are designed to increase production efficiency while providing overall cost savings through quality craftsmanship.

The company is founded in 2013 based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. We are a new player in the American mining market, yet our high-volume production capacity and dedicated shipping methods enable us to provide the kind of quality product that our client requires at a price that helps cut costs.

The Opportunity:

Lindometal is seeking qualified candidates for a Sales Representative position in our Louisville, Kentucky office.


Generate Revenue: Successfully close new sales for our potential clients.

Territory Prospecting: Be the face of Lindometal on the road; meet prospecting quotas in an assigned region through cold-calling, industry networking and introductory meetings with mining professionals.

Sales Strategy: Develop an appropriate sales strategy to overcome objections and penetrate qualified prospect accounts.

Client Champion: Provide Senior Management with valuable feedback from end users and champion your accounts within Lindometal


Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience

Proven success in exceeding sales quotas, cold-calling and closing new business

A sales approach that is professional, strategic, personable and persistent

Familiarity with the needs and structure of buy-side institutions

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial business environment

Ability to work in a team atmosphere, but also manage projects independently

Leadership qualities, positive energy, diligent, fast learning ability, effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
